Well folks I got my *** handed to me by the freakin' 7-0 Orlando Magic but here we go enthusiastically;
The Pacers entered the arena with there heads held high after there first win of the season against the New Jersey Nets. However, after a completely un-called for manslaughter the Pacers came up with a miserable 20 point loss to the 7-0 Magic to the score of 96-71!! The media attacked coach Isiah Thomas after the game. Isiah simply replied with the answer that there would be roster changes made so far the current roster looks like;
C- Brad Miller
PF- Elton Brand
SF- Larry Bird
SG- Edgar Patino
PG- Marcus Borelli
6th Man- Ron Artest
The rumors have been saying the roster change may involve Larry Bird, nobody was available for comment on this rumor afterwards. Bird, 13 years pro is currently second on the team in scoring averaging 13 points again only behind rookie point guard Marcus Borelli. Bird could be traded and it would hel;p Indiana with there salary cap troubles. The pacers are 348,000 over the cap with Bird making 300,000. This would help Indiana out majorly. Right now the only two teams that are under the cap are the Clippers and the Wizards, does this mean MJ or Lamar Odem could be coming to Indiana? We'll find out soon. With the pacers standing at 1-3 it should be interesting where there season takes them. Till tomarrow,
