My wife actually been watching games with me today, usually I go to a different room. Of course she’s asked a million questions (not a hoop head at all and grew up watching baseball).. but it’s been pretty funny. Few seconds ago out of nowhere “well they can’t shoot for ****”, “I think Phoenix coulda won but they ****ed it up”. [emoji23]

She has no dog in the fight, but she knows KD so I think she was secretly wanting them to win the whole time.

She knows Tristan Thomson (Kardashians) and was like “when did they get him” during the Laker game and when I told her they signed him for the playoffs “is he even good enough for that”.. [emoji23] she’s probably right though. Random but we went to the Kings/Grizz game last year because it was on my birthday and stayed across from the forum. He rode on the elevator with us when we were coming down from our room lol.

Anything Denver is the most interesting series for me because regardless of being a 1 seed they feel so beat-able but at the same time a contender. I have zero faith in Murray or MPJ (really I think they both should be moved for more consistent players, Dame maybe, Beal?).. but obviously when one or both of them are hot Denver can beat anybody.

My girl was watching some of the games with me today too. She was asking a bunch of questions during the Lakers/Memphis game. Since she’s from Ohio, I trolled her mom yesterday and had her text a pic of me in a NY jersey with the phrase “Knicks in 6”.

She’s also a football and baseball gal, so she has no real knowledge of basketball, but her questions are funny to me sometimes. She wondered why Davis wasn’t being called for more fouls, I guess because he was so physical on d today.

Seems like no one has respected the Nuggets going in to the playoffs. I'm kind of rooting for them to actually do something.
