I was one of the people saying, “We’ll see what happens in the regular season. I’m not putting any stock in pre-season games.”

I’m becoming more and more sold on Wembayama.

I thought wembyanama would be more of a process than he is. Sky is the limit, literally.

I’m becoming more and more sold on Wembayama.

Wait until I wake up tomorrow morning and try to find all the plays where he effected the game but didn't record anything stats wise on offense and defense. Some of the **** was insane. It's like Rudy Gobert and Kevin Durant were crossed over in a lab.

There was this ATO play. It was simple flex screen. It's been on my mind since the game ended. How do you stop it?

What does the winner receive, again? Seems like such a reach to try to create an early season buzz (that won't happen).

I'll be watching mostly cause of the Spurs and to see if Wembanyama can stay on this roll.

I'd love to see the Spurs viewership numbers in comparison to the last few years. It's probably up.

I saw this morning that coaches will get $500,000 bonus for every time their team advance or something like that.

A mid season tournament works because you have match up that don't usually happen in soccer. Even in college it's teams not in your conference. But in the NBA. Everyone plays each other so it's not anything different. I mean the hype is enough that we are talking about it. So I guess we have to wait and see.

I just want to bring the Suns up for a second again. Last night was an effort problem. No rebounding from them. But my biggest problem. Why are they not playing Bol Bol? To me last night was a great time to put Bol Bol on Wemby. Match his minutes. Let him defend him for a little and see what he can do.

Casuals aren't going to care about a competition that was just created out of thin air, and actual basketball fans are/were going to decide to watch or not watch based on other things.

But if they can make these games go from a 0 to a 3-4 on a relevancy scale it's probably a success lol.
