Yeah Maxey has to eat a jump ball or try a TO. trying to pass on the ground was a mistake. yeah the challenge was really bad. Lowry was so close to causing a jump ball on the previous possession somehow DiVincenzo got it. unlucky.

Nurse said he tried to call a Timeout a couple times and that the Ref looked and didn't grant it. So, I don't know if there was confusion if Sixers didn't have a Timeout or refs didn't think Maxey established possession on the ground, but it is what it is at this point. Gotta box out. Seriously, I don't know why Harris is still getting 40+ minutes. Yeah, he had 9 rebounds in each game, but he has clear missed assignments and isn't boxing out


Ain't going to lie, this is up there in crushing playoff losses by the Sixers.

Yeah that's clear. I see the counterargument that he pump faked the 1st one but it still should've been granted. He def called the 2nd one though. that's an egregious miss.

Not sure if I'm blinded by my glasses but Nurse clearly doesn't fully call timeout before inbounds. He was about to and stopped, pulled it back.

The 2nd time the ball was loose.

EDIT: To add, the video is what I'm going off. I've seen the photo but the video is quite obvious he didn't.

Now whether you want to say he should’ve been more “aggressive” in calling it, is fair. But he called it.

But they also should’ve never been in that position to begin with so I don’t feel sorry for him.

Yeah that's why I said it is what it is. Even if Lowry made both FTs, they could've lost in OT with the way they crumbled. Sixers are a team that always struggled on inbounds in clutch situations, so not sure if it was Batum who inbounded, since he's the only one good in bounding. But, the lack of boxing out and being beat on the glass was the killer. Nothing is was than giving up the offensive glass and giving up the 3 to lose a lead.

Tobias boxing out OG while Batum stands around looking at nothing, still gets blamed [emoji23] . Just a weird play. Lowry not calling a timeout and just forcing the inbounds pass, Maxey trying to pass when he could’ve just laid on the ball and called a timeout, Embiid boxing out Hart while Batum does nothing so IHart has an open lane, then Embiid tossing Lowry out of the way, just wild. No Randle, Brunson playing like garbage, still up 2-0, can’t complain.

Yeah I don't know why Batum wasn't the inbounder. He has been the designated inbounder. A lot of blunders down the stretch. Embiid playing about 20 minutes in the second half and not getting a rebound.

But L2M is always a waste of time. Nothing gets done about it and doesn't make anyone feel better
