Cats around here kill me with all the time and energy they spend bashing Kobe because they think its their personal mission to see that Kobe lovers "see the truth". Hell I like Kobe and I don't make it my personal mission to put in sigs about him or post at leat 5 times a day in the Kobe and Laker thread. Streets like TMac and he doesn't see fit to balance every pro-Kobe post with 5 anti-Kobe post. Hell I like him but I'm not gonna waste my time defending him everyday to a bunch of fools on an internet message board. I know I know "If you don't like it don't read it" and "You're a hypocrite" but I come here to read about and discuss hoop, not run around the same circles with you fools everyday. This crap is clogging up space. Praise at the feet of Lord Kobe or form a lynch mob against the evil monster Kobestein in the Kobe thread because I'm tired of going into a thread looking for insight only to see it turn into a pissing contest.

This message board has been like this for a long time. I don't think your lecture is going to change it, even though it needs to be heard by a bunch of people. I'm probably one of those people you mentioned that "wastes time and energy", but I don't see why anyone should apologize to you or act any differently.

If you look on the boards, there's an Official Kobe Thread. One thread. Guys like gin and kashanova and monkey all feel like they should make more threads about Kobe and take up more space where regular NBA talk should be, whether it be good information or bad information about Mr. Bryant. Don't go on some "save-the-world" mission because a few extra threads were made by a few really, really stupid people.

Sorry, there's few things that piss me off in life, and one of them is going around telling people what they're doing is wrong. This isn't church, and we didn't come to hear you preach.

I didn't come here to preach, I came to tell how I feel. Yeah that post wasn't directed at just Kobe haters, it was also directed towards Kobe riders too. The basketball forum are full of folks talking rediculoust **** and think that their word is law. No one has to listen to me or my post. I'm glad you felt the need to respond to my post because you thought I was being preachy. Just stating my opinion and that was gonna be that. I saw where this thread was going like so many others and felt the need to basically say it Just like you read the original post and felt the need to come in and say your two cents. Both of our posts were unneccessary. You and others do it all the time, this is it for me. Let me know when cats like Streets, D4K, KDRE come back to discuss real ball.
