I have a question for those of you putting Kobe on the list. Does it not matter to you that hes only shooting at or a little below 40% and his team probably wont make the playoffs and also that the only time he has thrived was when he was with Shaq--another top 5 player on many lists. So, in that regard, what would make Kobe better than, say, AI? You could even say that Ben Wallace is better at what he does than is Kobe.

what about if garnetts team doesnt get in , does he not to deserve to be on the list.

yes kobe numbers are down without shaq (fg% and turnovers the rest im not sure about , im not much of a stats guy , i dont believe stats are everything) but i still think hes one of the top players even though its unlikely they are going to get into the playoffs .

if i were to start a team these are the 6 players i would want to build around. mac, kobe,kg,td,shaq, lebron.
And with the third pick - I made the earth sick
M.J., hem Jay, fade away perfect

KG is productive without shooting. The TWolves have also made the playoffs in the past with a cast less than or equal to what Kobe has now too.

so becauses hes done it in the past hes gets a free ride this year . i dont agree with that. yeah kobe deserves most if not all of the blame for his teams woes but kg deserves to take some heat too. the teams best player most of the time takes the blame for the teams play , whether its right or wrong that a whole different discussion .

the only blame you can put on KG is that sometimes hes too unselfish and needs to shoot more, as for kobe ill let a kobe fan defend him.
