In 2003-2004, Philidelphia and Orlando missed, while the Knicks and Heat made it in the East. While in the West, Houston, Memphis, and Denver made it, while Utah, Portland and Phoenix did not.
This season, from the East, it appears Washington, Cleveland, and Philidelphia are going to make it while New Jersey, Milwakee, and New Orleans will not.
In the West, LA and Minnesota are going to be out, while Seattle and Phoenix are in.
Now yes, injuries, trades, and new rookies have played there part, but many teams have completely fallen off while a lot of other teams have are really up and coming. Maybe its just me.
