The funny thing about Clevland is that they actually played hard tonite. They were hustling for offensive rebounds, diving for loose balls. The exact reasons why they were losing down the stretch, hustle plays. They clearly had enough talent to make the playoffs, just not enough hustle. That could be blamed on coaching. If the Cavs don't sign Ray Allen or Michael Redd they will continue to battle for the 7th and 8th spot for a the next two years.


On a side note: I lost almost all interest in the playoffs after Lebron was eliminated, and I'm a Grizzlies fan.

I'm dissapointed. So many games we could have won that we didn't that would have put us in the playoffs. I also get a bad vibe from our new owner, Dan Gilbert. He seems like a guy who is going to get way too involved in the lockerroom and disrupt the coach. Same thing with Usher. These guys need to let the new coach do his thing and not get involved. The good news is, LeBron did talk about getting the Cavs to the playoffs next year, which means he doesn't want out yet.

As for the Cavs, they'll suffer the same fate next year, unless they come up with a legit compliment to LBJ.

Same here. I don't think he will and overall, he just didn't play that well this year. He doesn't play with enough energy and very weak at defense.

You're right about next year. I think Gilbert will make a big push for free agents this offseason. Hopefully Paxson will be fired in the next couple days. I'm still pissed they fired Silas.

I was watching the Raptors telecast of the game and our commentators were saying that Z and his agent,Herb Rudolph,are asking for max money...I immedeatly laughed so hard that I fell off my couch.This guy does not deserve anywhere near Max money.He's only considered one of the top 3 centers in the game cause the center position in the NBA is a joke.He lacks athleticism and isn't very good on D.And he still may have injury concerns.

The NBA is disgraceful for not rigging last nights games for the Cavs to make the playoffs. Just simply disgraceful.
