Who has the better overall talent, Kobe or T-Mac?

In my eye I think these two plays are the most talented swingsman in the league in terms off having the right balance between offense and defense. Who do you think is the better overall player? You can put this in another way, if they had switched team, would they make that team better? Form your opinions base on what they did since they enter the league, and not just what they did this season since it would be unfair to T-Mac due to injury(back). I'm sure this question was brought up a lot, but I think its a good time to revisit this topic as both are about to enter their prime(Kobe is 28, T-Mac is 27).

Putting Kobe on a good team is the last thing a GM would do. Right now Kobes on a bad team, the only noticables Odom (Who aint that great) and smush. Other than that the lakers dont really have a lineup to match the rockets. Howard, wesly, Alston, Head, Tmac. Kobe needs to be on a team were he can just shoot all day. If he were on the rockets his assitts would go up and his averages down. T-mac on the other would do fine in LA. His point average will go up slightly and i think his assits to. Kobe's just not a team player, he has alot of maturing.

Going with T-Mac on this one. He even shutdown/contained Dirk for 7 games last year while still averaging 30...also rebounds and assists at a higher rate...

This is like comparing apples to oranges, Kobe is in a different league than Tmac.
I would even say that Paul Pierce is as good as Tmac......
I always wanted to be somebody, but I should have been more specific!
