Anyone else think that Wallace needs to sit out against the Lakers on Tuesday? I do.

The last team he played in L.A. he got his ribs broke, it's just one game. No need to risk him for the playoff run. You know he is going to be playing out of control (I mean that in a good way in this case.)

Got a much needed win tonight vs Washington ... 25-26, #7 seed in the East right now.

Wow, D-Wade is giving the Bobcats no respect for winning last night. Seems like Miami-Charlotte is shaping up nicely as a quality rivalry. Supercoolbeas made those bonehead comments and now Wade is following suit. This is a good thing.

Expert recap and game analysis of the Charlotte Bobcats vs. Miami Heat NBA game from March 9, 2010 on ESPN.

"The ball didn't go in the basket the same," Wade said when asked about the second half, when he shot 3-for-11. "I ain't giving Charlotte no credit if that's what you're looking for."

Wade scored 27 points but clanged a tying 3-point attempt in the final seconds for the Heat, who blew a 15-point lead and had their three-game winning streak snapped.

"He can say whatever he wants to say," said Charlotte's Gerald Wallace, who grabbed 17 rebounds. "We're over here as a team, we know what we did. He says he doesn't credit us. He had what, 17 in the first half? How many did he have in the second half?"

All I say is to Miami is this:

          Charlotte---3

          Miami---0

Good news. Wallace's MRI looks clean.

So, I am trying to watch some Bobcats Highlights on Sportscenter. They were in the side margin twice, but have been removed both times. Keep flying under the radar boys.

If the Cats get in, they will give their first opponent all they can handle, maybe more.

Yeah, I love it. Thankfully, NBA TV gives us some love though.

****. Bobcats are going to drop another crucial game.

They MUST finish strong now against the weak teams. Or it will be Lottery City once again.

In case anyone missed it. It was in today's paper.

Michael Jordan’s open letter to city of Charlotte in Sunday’s Charlotte Observer was a testament to accountability. I don’t know who wrote it, but because Jordan’s name is at the bottom, I’ll credit him.

I can tell you who didn’t write it – Bob Johnson.

Johnson, who sold the Charlotte Bobcats to Jordan, made some typically absurd comments Saturday after accepting an award from the Urban Leadership Institute. The comments were typically absurd because they revolve around a central theme. The theme is that Charlotte again failed him.

“Charlotte is a very, how would I call it, close-knit, arrogant, sometimes incestuous town,” Johnson said.

He added: “If you come to this town, and you look like you’re one of those people that might break some glass ... it’s going to be tough for them to relate to.”

Johnson was tough to relate to. He expected our accolades and our dollars simply because he was here.

Two straight tough losses to ATL and MIA have us looking at an 8 seed if we can even save that. The bottom of the East is so crazy, just a week ago we were looking like a firm 6 seed.

Yeah we've got to finish strong and on some sort of winning streak if we want to be in the playoffs. I seriously believe that if we get to the playoffs, absolutely anything is possible.

Oh well, he never participated in the city, the city isn't going to bend over for an owner who probably didn't even know the street names in Charlotte.

I say good riddance to Bob.

How ironic that the Bobcats clinch their first playoff berth in New Orleans.
