I tried to tell people Dantoni was the problem and not Melo
It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.

Exactly. When Pat Riley came here, he knew better than to run 'Showtime'. And remember what happened to Don Nelson and his 'point-forward' nonsense? How long did he last?

Any coach worth his salt puts his best players in the right position to make plays. He doesn't try fitting square pegs in round holes.

The defensive intensity we've shown the last 2 games is very refreshing to see. If we can defend that way the rest of the season, we'll have a really good shot @ making the playoffs. I don't know about anyone else but I still want the division. We put a nice winning streak together & like Mega "You never Know"

Knicks have a defensive breakdown that leads to an open 3, cutting the lead from 9 to 6, and Woodson calls a quick timeout and rips them. Nice to see that for a change.

14 point win over the Pacers. The Pacers came in on fire thinking they were gonna get redemption but the Knicks matched em with the same offensive intensity.

I've enjoyed rooting for the Knicks the past few weeks. Glad to see they got a no nonsense coach now; they're really coming together now. From Steve Novak, to Jeremy Lin, to JR Smith, this is exciting. I just wonder if Amare will ever be STAT again. It's nice he's really developed that jumper but I want him above the rim again

Just out of curiosity, anyone regularly use a live stream to watch the games? If so can I get a link?

                  Got one, thanks

He's had quite a few dunks the last few games. The jumper has been a bit better lately but no where near the consitency it was previously.

I absolutely loved that Woodson got in Fields face and let him know he's ****ing up on D. I love Woodson man.
I don't know if he's really the perfect coach for this team, or it's just that we've been deprived of having an actual coach for soo long.

I also liked during the Indy game he called a timeout when our lead was cut from 14-9 and then a couple possessions later when it was cut from 9 to 6. If that was D'Antoni, we would have probably blown the game there.

Also liked in the first half Melo rotated over on a guy and gambled for a steal while the ball was being rotated and missed. Then that guy drove in and got fouled. Woodson called Melo over during the FTs and said something to him.

We have a good chance of getting back to .500 this week. We have Toronto twice, Philly, and Detroit.

Exactly! Everything you've stated plus sooo much more, D'antoni refused to do, and it would drive me nuts while watching the games.

I care about winning games, but we were losing games because of ****ty coaching or lack of coaching. You can lose a game, but if the players played with heart and the coach tried his best, then hats off to the other team.
But every loss this year under D'antoni was painful because the guy flat out wasn't coaching IMO.

What was Shumpert thinking to run over to the bench to get high fives? Thankfully, Woodson was right there to scold him for it.

I missed the first half. My buddy (who doesn't really follow ball) told me somebody busted up Lin's nose twice. What happened?
