Fight Night round 2 question: How do I use a signature puch?

I purchased a signature punch in my career mode, but it doesn't show you how to use it? I have the xbox version with configuration 3 set for my controller.

i don't know about configuration 3, but the on the default settings, the "a" button is the signature punch button.
