What are these 2 boxing games?

They weren't mentioned in the Gamespot feature but I remember what they were like.

One was in the arcade and made(or put out?) by Sega. It had a red side and blue side and both had 2 analog stick type controlers that were more shaped like boxing gloves and you put your hands in them and use it like TCP in Fight Night to throw the punches.
It would look like: (| |) that on each side if they were turned sideways.

The other made by EA and for the Genisis. Butterbean was the last fight. There was a Vegas stage with lions on colums and if you knocked your oppent out of the ring with a special punch and got a KO the lions would jump on him and eat him.

The 2nd game was some sort of Toughman Competition game. I remember renting it once but not playing it a whole lot.
