You can change it, but you have to do it before you start a career.

Doesn't work. Try it yourself. Change it to 2 minutes start a career and it will still be 3 minute rounds. One of my biggest complaints with this game because that would be the only way to get a realistic amount of decisions and punches per round.

It works for me just change your settings and load them before you start you career.

Well then you are the only one it works for, noone else can get it to work.

Are you sure you are not still in the amateur portion? The amateur rounds are 2 minutes, but when you move up to pro, its 3 minutes, regardless of the settings. Check it out again.
