what does all "stars" or all "X's" mean? how do you change it?

I believe the XXXXX's mean that people have left you a lot of negative feedback. The ***** mean that people have either left you positive feedback or no/not enough negative feedback to make a difference. I believe the more feedback you have in one direction or another stars filling up the stars/XXX's as white. -

yeah, that must be how it goes. I fought some top 10 clown the other day, and he pulled the cord when i was about to whoop him, and then I realized he had those XXXX's going for his Rep, so that must be the dealio yo.
