Barrera gives you an amazing fight everytime he steps in the ring, and tonight was one of his best considering the wars he's been through and the youth & power of Rocky. There's no one like the Baby Faced Assasin!

Little disappointed about the draw. But both fighters put on a good show. Especially the last rounds. Juarez's stamina held him through the entire fight, but you knew Barrera wasn't going to let him win and gave him his all. His nose was pretty banged up though.

The fight was just declared Marco's. One of the judges cards was added incorrectly.

Yeah, I saw the fight and on the ESPN sportsticker they said Barrera won by split decision and I was like WTH? I just looked it up and they changed the decision...now I think Juarez got robbed. Initially, I felt it was a draw, but thought the judges were gonna rule in favor of Barrera. Now I'm kind of pissed that the decision actually did go Barrera's way, probably because it just sucks to play with Juarez's emotions like that. BIG UPS though to Juarez, he's definitely got a championship future if he doesn't let this get to him.
I wish everyone talked like Larry Merchant.

Barrera is such a warrior, he hasn't been put to the limit and battered like this since the Pacquiao but he hung in there and got the decision...the right one too. Fight was slow to get off but during the middle rounds and esp. at the end it really picked up, Juarez finally found some holes and started to score. IMO Juarez waited until too late into the fight to really start pressuring Barrera and pushing the pace, had he done what he did late in the fight in the earlier stages of it, he would've won. I just can't believe Barrera's heart and guts, dude just won't lose no matter how bad it looks. Great fight.

I didn't think Juarez controlled the early part of the fight... I agree with the SD for Barrerra.. but damn was it close. I can't wait for the next Juarez fight...

The best thing about Barrera is the conviction in which he throws his punches after he gets nailed. Some of those body shots that he unleashed after a left hook from Juarez were brutal. In this day and age, the guy's a legend in my book.

It was a great fight. Rocky was landing a lot of good punches. I never seen barrera's face that beat up before. Barrera is a warrior though. He kept fighting back even with the mouthpiece falling out and his eyes swollen. I had no problems with the draw out come. Both fighters put in some good rounds and juarez started to bring it on in the later rounds. But props for juarez coming in barrera's backyard and not backing down.

                          I was proud of Rocky.
I usually find myself drawn to pulling for the underdog and Rocky came through late last night.
That was the first fight in a very long while that had me sitting on the edge of my seat watching those last two rounds, then riveted waiting for the scorecards.
                          Very great fight.
