No clue on what really happened. Just posted the link. Haven't said one way or another if he's guilty or innocent. After the Duke lax fiasco...........I'm going on the hes innocent till proven guilty. Lately though it's almost like France where your guilty until proven innocent esp in the media.

There is no such thing as guilty until proven innocent or innocent until proven guilty in the court of public opinion. What the law requires you to prove in order to safeguard putting an innocent man in prison is far different than people's opinions. Everyone has the right to an opinion even if uninformed. How many people think O.J.'s innocent? Not me. The criminal court didn't say he was innocent either, just not guilty due to a lack of evidence.

He's still defending him a bit and Lamps has defended himself in the papers. I'm keeping an open mind about it but it certainly doesn't look great.

Jim has such high regard for Lampey, I can't imagine him being to hard on a guy that could be totally innocent.

BAIL is set for 35,000 dollars
In case of an accidental mistrial, we go to the Jury's scorecard after 2 counts
Only the JUDGE or DA can drop the charges,
and you CANNOT be saved by the statue of limitations on any count
INCLUDING, the third and final count.
