Floyd will not fight Hatton at 140-not that he couldn't beat him at that weight, but his odds are better at 147. I don't like Mayweather but I wouldn't bet against him in this match up.
PS-It's mostly about what Floyd really loves- MONEY

So does Hatton, thats why he wants to fight Floyd, it will be the biggest payday of his life. He has to know that he can't handle Floyd. That fight Saturday was horrible. Hatton won't be able to catch floyd and grab him like he did Saturday.

I agree. I think its pathetic that PBF is so willing to fight Hatton (a guy with one impressive win in his career) and wont even respond to fighting Mosley. PBF knows he will run through Hatton and get a quick payday.

I don't see Mosley being a problem for Mayweather either. He would be a tougher opponent, but Mayweather's defensive style and overall quickness is too much for shane.

Mayweather says Hatton can't fight, he throws one punch and holds....Well Mayweather throws one punch and runs.

Floyd has great defense, but he's just plain boring. He won't be able to knock Hatton out, and if Hatton presses the Action for 12 rounds while Floyd only throws 30 punches, Hatton will win this fight by a decision.

i agree that floyd pops and runs, that's his game and he can be really boring. But punching and RUNNING isn't illegal.....HOLDING excessively is illegal if enforced corectly

You don't get point deductions for evading.
You will get point deductions for holding however.

I disagree. Shane is strong enough to bully fight Mayweather, savvy enough to cut off the ring and he can take a punch. A Mosley fight is the toughest fight out there for PBF other than against Paul Williams.

Well, Paul Williams is Fighting Margarito July 14th and I guarantee Floyd will have nothing to do with the winner of that fight. I would lay down even money that the victor of that fight beats Floyd. Floyd doesn't throw enough punches, a good fighter that stays active and throws 50 to 60 punches a round will win and Williams throws 100+ so I don't see how Floyd could out point him and definitely wouldn't knock him out....

                        All depends on the ref.

also floyd has no chance against Paul Williams.

Whats up Aholbert? While I do agree that Mosley would be a nice fight, but Mosley does not have much luck with boxers. Anyone that is a pure boxer seems to give Mosley fits.

I love Paul Williams but he has only three moves and very limited defense. In 10 fights, Floyd beats him 8 times.

You honestly believe that Margarito who had a decision against a one haded J.Clottey is going to beat Floyd? Really?

Williams (who I am a fan of) defense is too poor to beat floyd. He would be walking into jabs all night.
