Let's put together a list of questions for the Fight Night Round 4 producers

Let's put together a list of questions for the producers. Please no CAPs? We can put this list together then post it on their EA Fight Night Round 4 site and they can answer the questions over the course of the next months before the game release. Please questions...no wishlist ideas, unless they are in question form. Thanks guys.

My ideas from your other thread.

I want a boxing sim, and I want it now. Throw enough punches and you won't be able to lift your arms. Take a clean shot that you don't see coming and you're on queer street until you can stagger and cover and clinch long enough to recover, if not you will be knocked out whether it's the first round or last. We need multiple bars for endurance, big shot recovery, etc., or just no bars and you will visually see if you've shaken out the cobwebs or steadied your legs, etc.

How about a corner man mode? You tell your fighter what you want him to do, if he's belligerent he may not listen, etc. You can have options to choose during the fight e.g. boxes that will have you yell instructions to cover up, press the fight or even specific moves, like circle right and throw a counter right after a left hook, etc. Tons of possibilities.

I want to be able to go 12 rounds with an option for time frames that would let you go 15 rounds, or 30 rounds with the Jack Johnson era, etc.

I want Sugar Ray Robinson to hit Jake LaMotta 100 times in a row and have LaMotta never go down.

I would also like different models of each character, e.g. Tyson at age 20 and age 30 etc., they just have to adjust the ratings. You can fight as a young Ali, old Ali, etc. Foreman in his prime, Foreman at age 44.

I'm going to post it on their site in two weeks. Please try to post questions or in question form. I hate to have to edit post and it's not exactly what you are trying to find out.
      Thanks.

        a) What efforts, if any, are being done on the online mode?

        b) Will we get a referee inside the ring, like in Prizefighter and will it have a more active role in the fight?

        c) Is Legacy Mode another name for Career Mode or is it a deeper experience?

        d) Are parries and haymakers toned down to display a more realistic approach?

        e) Will stamina FINALLY play a bigger factor and will running too much around the ring have any effect on it?

        f) How indepth is the inside fighting and can it achieve "phonebooth" fights like Corrales vs Castillo I?

What improvements have been made to CAB? Are there additional signature stances, defenses, and punches?

Have boxer attributes been expanded (ie seperate ratings for each hand, footspeed vs handspeed etc)?

              Legacy Mode Q's
Are there multiple champions in each division?
Are the real boxing organisations (WBO,WBC,etc) in the game?
Are there mutiple training sessions before a fight?
Do players still have to build up physical attributes in an unrealistic manner or do we build up our technical attributes throughout our career like a real boxer would?
              Have rankings been brought back?
Can we challenge whoever we want?
Are promoters in the game? If so, what role do they play?
Are press conferences in the game? If yes, can we use the conference to trash talk about our opponent or possible future opponents?
Do we have to ability to choose the length of each round?
              Are weigh-ins in the game?
Have those press conferences where you were your opponent started fighting you been removed?
How has the amateur part of legacy been expanded?
Can you jump divisions whenever you feel like it (instead of being forced to ala round 3)?
Can you choose the age of your fighter?

              General Q's
Do body punches now tire down the opponent in the later rounds?
Does moving around too much affect your stamina?
Are there real flash knockdowns now (i.e, an opponent getting caught with a perfect punch due to positioning, stance and the type of punch that's thrown rather than a universal flash knockdown punch that was in round 3)
              Have parries been removed?
Does the CPU now pace itself instead of consistently going for the knockout ala round 3?
Is there a tale of the tape?
How many boxers are you aiming to have in the final version of the game?

              CAB Q's
Will the CAB mode use the gameface feature that was in facebreaker?
How many CAB slots are there?
Will there be a feature where people can upload and share their creations ala facebreaker?
Will there be a data bank of surnames and first names so we can have boxers being called by their real names?

Sparring is one of the most vital training investments a boxer can make. It improves all skills and attributres. What role will it play in the FN4?

                  1. Will created boxers show up and move dynamically up and down the ranks during your career (this happened in a previous installment)
                  2. Is there a spectator mode to watch other fights during your career?
                  3. How many CAB slots will there be?
