FEB 23rd - Community Event for Fight Night Round 4

    Guys, it's been confirmed.
The Fight Night Round 4 Community Event is taking place, in EAC's Vancouver office, Monday February 23rd.

We will try to record as much information as we can, and parlay that info onto the community here.
However, I don't think it needs to be said that we'll be signing a Non Disclosure Agreement so EA will have the last say as to what we can or can't reveal.

I can't wait. It's going to be a blast. And it'll give me a head start on mastering the game before I take several losses in any online competition.

Don't worry fistofrage, it's also #1 on my list.
I'm way more of an offline gamer so the career mode is a big deal to me.

I'm going to try and take as many detailed notes as I can and reveal as much as the NDA allows me to.

I guess the top concerns of mine would be:

        1. AI - can the AI be competitive.
        2. Realism. Is there a realistic amount of KO's vs. Decisions, punches thrown, etc.
        3. Career - Because its not going to matter if the 1st 2 are broken.
        4. Presentation
        5. On-line.

Can you see if we can get accelerated or 2 minute round feature this time around - that is huge to me. Also if we can ave multiple boxers going in the same career. Another thing I would like.

Try and see if there are more then 3 variations of animation for each punch. every year its the same animation, one for a glancing hook, one for a flush hook, one for a blocked hook, etc. same goes for all other punches.

This is lower down the list but find out if there are more options for creating fighters?

                  hey Money,

any way to find out if the AI fighters can adapt to the user's tactics. like in the nhl series, if we go to the well to many times on a certain move will the cpu adjust and shut it down?

                  thanks.

I know you will cover plenty on career and offline gaming in terms of AI and stuff, so this is a specific thing I'd like you to check.

                  Thanks , once again

                    No problem.
I'm going to make a list of all the things the community wants to find out and do my best to get as much info as possible.
I know Complex will be doing the same, so I'm sure between the two of us we'll cover as much as the NDA allows us.

I also believe EA is going to have live feeds during this event so anyone can tune in to see what's going on.
If you want to know which one I am, it's the guy who's probably getting KO'd time and time again during test sessions.

I'm about to order me some boxing trunks with poeticdrink2u on them for the event.

Can you ask how deep the customization is, in terms of Editing trunks, CAB, music, and Audio Database. I really like making the unlicensed boxers as close to perfect as possible.

If thats the case then what you'd be asking about is tendency editing.
