    Money99, Darxide and Complex

Money99, Darxide and Complex, I have a couple of questions regarding visuals and graphics...if you can answer...with complete honesty.

    1. During gameplay how much of the boxer do you actually see, how close up or far away from them are you?

    2. In fn3 a lot of boxers didn't look like they were in their respected weight classes ex. DeLaHoya looked too bulky and muscular compared to him in real life, do the boxers in FN4 look like they belong in their weight class, how acurate are the body models compared to their real counterparts?

3.In your honest opinion how do you rate the visuals and graphics to round 3?

4.Can you visually tell when an opponent is hurt? how bloody can a fighter get?

    5. how do the knockouts? knockdowns look?

6.what is atleast one thing (regading visuals, graphics and physics) you hope they change before the game is released?

    7. Is there anything you can tell us that hasn't been said about fn4 that you believe we should know? Are there any misconceptions the fn fans have you can put to rest?

thank you guys for sharin your thoughts

The default camera angle did a great job of capturing the the action at the right times. I was a "swing" camera user in Round 3, but honestly, I felt like the camera in round 4 was perfect.

Well, it's tough for the devs because of guys who have fought in multiple weight classes- but they can only create a single model. I thought all of the fighters looked "right" for the most part.

I think Round 4 surpasses Round 3 overall, mainly due to details. Blood and sweat look real, the facial distortions from a punch, the way the muscles flex... far and away better than what we saw in round 3.

Facial damage is MUCH more noticeable during the action this time around. Fighters get straight chopped up badly. The devs are still tweaking the stoppage logic though, so I don't know if we'll see damage to the extent we saw. One bout I was in, I was cut up badly. Cut over both eyes, and the side of my face was badly bruised. Every time I got hit, I nearly went down. I saw the final bell, though. My only gripe was that it seemed like the facial damage showed up a little too quickly.

More varied than Round 3, but honestly, not too much different as far as the actual fighter going down. However, the transition from being hurt to going down looked a lot better.

Excluding some hilarious bugs/glitches we saw, I'd personally take out the delay caused by your opponent making you miss. Brizzo took it out for me, and it made combination puching much more fluid and realistic looking.

People should chill with all the skepticism I'm reading in internetland. There WILL be things about the game some people won't like. But overall, I can't imagine any fan of boxing/boxing games not loving this game.

Fans should know that the devs looked really hard at what we the community wanted and obliged for the most part. I have no doubt that this will be the best boxing game ever made. Just the alpha build we played was better than anything I'd played from a gameplay standpoint.

thanks for clearing some of that up for me... visually i think what ruined it for me in FN3 was the lighting(or lack of) and the fact that welterweights didn't look like welterweights and son on.

I really don't have any gripes with fn4 yet except for lighting, i know i sound like a broken record with this but i still believe it is a little dark. but i also havent seen the game in action. Iv'e asked a few community leaders about the lighting and they say it's good, but they also haven't deflected that gameplay actually looks like the gameplay video... which is where i believe the lighting is too dark.
