    A Real Career Mode

Over the years I have seen very poor attempts a career modes. I would really love to see a career mode that would allow you to use you earnings more real.

    1. You start out your career living in a old apartment, Rent is $500.00 a month. Your skills are very low for the pro's but good for the local boxing. In this career mode you have to find a good trainer. Their are many trainers all over the city. and also you want to sign up with a gym memebership that cost money. You have to buy your own gloves and gear. By taking local fights you earn money to pay the the trainer every month.

The world around you will be like a open world, you have to catch the bus to the gym. You live in a bad area of town, when your good enough you start to earn more money for a old used car at a dealership. at the dealership their are very new fancy car like bently, rolls royce, but you can't afford those yet.
Also when the fighter start to make more money they will able to purchase homes that they can walking through. Their would be regular homes for 400K and their would be $5,000,000 Mansions and higher throughout the game map. You can trow huge parties at your mansion to increase your your rep. This will also help you sell more Pay Per View if your rep is very high. You would have a guest lift movie stars , Pro athlete, groupies. But famous personality can denied your invatation.

The fighter has more choices and we can see the lifestyle change quickly. When you get bigger fights you have to get a Promoter. You can choose from different contract. Some Promoters will have you sign a 10 fight contract and you'll pay them 40% of your earnings. Your trainer would get 15% of your earnings, sparring partners get 5% of the purse.

Once you hit the big time and your earning 5 Million or more Per fight. you can now purchase "The Ranch" that sits on top of the hill. 15 million purchase the Ranch. What comes with the Ranch its own gym, Ring, Sparring partners, Film room, High level training for the bigger fights. In the super fight you fight over how get what from the purse.

Maybe you guys can add some ideals, to make the career mode a little more exciting. So the Dev's can see for maybe next year game.

Those are great ideas. Too many games have money in the game as a reward - but w/o the need to earn it. So in other words you win all this money but don't really need any of it. This goes beyond sports games too, but sports games screw it up regularly.
Liquor in the front, poker in the rear.

The producers talked about this. I can't reveal anything yet, but it's interesting stuff.

        Thanks
I was always thinking about this type of career mode for years. When I use to watch tyson fights the family would come over and the highlights would be on HBO. You see both fighters in the dressing room getting ready. The announcers would just hype it up real good with such a louder voice than normal. I always wonder what the fighters would do with the money and how it was divided. It would be really important that they show the belts that you won all over your body. like Tyson had six belts 3 around him and the other 3 carried by other people in the ring.

Another thing that I can't say much about right now.

              There's no set date.
Basically we can't talk about anything until EA gives us the notice.

Hopefully we'll get some notice soon. There's still a lot to reveal/discuss so I'm sure they want to space it out until release day in late June.

Any chance of controlling multiple boxers within a career mode?

                    Re: A Real Career Mode

Something that needs to be incorporated into career mode is how non-referee fight stoppages affect your career. If you choose to quit a fight in the corner, or the corner throws in the towel, this may affect your future purses, but not your health as much. However, if u choose to be a warrior and continue to get pummeled, your reflexes should take a dive, and your career may be cut short because of this.

Injuries were never properly incorporated into boxing games, and while I doubt it made it to Fight Night 4, maybe its something to look at in the future.

I bet I know why. Because they now have a "pimp mode" uh I mean Promoter Mode where you can have a stable of boxers. I bet thats why.

Can somebody tell me why the boxer punching speed seems slow? At least give us a slider for the speed of the fight. The boxers still moves the same as FNR3. I guess its just the speed

Great idea's. I hope that the presentation and career mode is better than the last one.
