SBA Top 10 Ranking System
This dynamic Ranking bracket aims to establish the undisputed champion in each division, addressing real-world boxing frustrations.
Top 10 Inclusion & Ranking: Placement relies solely on an overall points system, combined with a fighter's record against current Top 10 opponents. If #9 and #10 have identical records, their accumulated points serve as the tiebreaker.
Tiebreakers (in order):
* Overall Points: Cumulative score reflecting performance and achievements.
* Record Versus Top 10: Prioritizes success against ranked opponents.
* Style of Victory Versus Top 10 (KO/TKO): KOs/TKOs earn more points for dominant wins.
Champion
The premier fighter in the division, holding the league's championship belt.
#1 vs #2: Mandatory title eliminator. Winner gets the next undisputed title shot. Loser falls to the highest vacant Top 10 spot.
#3 vs #4: Winner elevates ranking significantly based on performance and Top 10 resume. Loser drops to highest vacant spot.
#5 vs #6: Winner ascends in rankings based on record and Top 10 wins. Loser occupies highest vacant spot.
#7 vs #8: Winner climbs toward the upper echelon of the Top 10, influenced by record and key victories. Loser falls to highest vacant spot.
#9 vs #10: Critical "stay-in-the-Top-10" fight. Winner elevates standing. Loser falls completely out of the Top 10, highlighting the competitive nature.

SBA-Training Ground Exhibition Try Out Bouts Are Back!
The 8-round Training Ground Event returns, engineered to rigorously evaluate our league's talent and identify the next wave of new members. All members are encouraged to participate and test your sim up against unlicensed -sim boxers.
Remember, sim is primary, and winning is secondary for this event. Never sacrifice your sim to win! All bouts must be recorded and submitted with scorecards for admin review in the league bouts channel.

To participate in SBA prize fights a matcherino account is essential! Our four-tiered prize fight system ensures thrilling competition and rewards for dedicated sim boxers.
Tier 1: Exhibition Prize Fights
* Entry Fee: No direct fee. Pot is crowdfunded.
* Prize Split: Winner 60%, opponent 40%.
* The Stakes: Great for newcomers to gain experience, build reputation.
Tier 2: Regular Prize Fights
* Entry Fee: Each opponent $25.
* Prize Split: Winner 60%, opponent 40%.
* The Stakes: Prove sim boxing prowess, build bankroll.
Tier 3: Mid-Level Prize Fights
* Entry Fee: Each fighter $50.
* Prize Split: Winner 60%, opponent 40%.
* The Stakes: Step up, face tougher competition for bigger rewards.
Tier 4: High-Stakes Prize Fights
* Entry Fee: Each fighter $100.
* Prize Split: Winner 60%, opponent 40%.
* The Stakes: Best sim boxers compete for ultimate bragging rights, biggest payouts.
Rules of Engagement: Maintaining Sim Integrity
Our association thrives on fair play. "Keep it sim" adherence is paramount. Violations mean strict penalties:
* Winning and Not Keeping it Sim: If you win but didn't adhere to sim principles (e.g., unfair advantages), 50% of your purse goes to your opponent.
* Losing and Not Keeping it Sim: If you lose and didn't adhere, 25% of your purse goes to your opponent.
Three-Strike Policy
Integrity is key. Accumulate three+ "keep it sim" violations and face severe consequences:
* Association Suspension: Permanently suspended from the Sim Boxing Association.
* Mandatory Entry Spar Structure: To re-enter, pass a specific "Entry Spar Structure" to assess sim commitment. Details provided if needed.

Here’s another truly innovative concept for the SBA! The P.E.D. Cards are a groundbreaking idea that directly mirrors real-world boxing, recognizing that exploits give a sim boxer an unfair advantage, just as performance-enhancing drugs do.
Performance Exploit Deduction
This card will be issued to any sim boxer using exploits forbidden in the SBA during a prize fight, upon review. This entails a percentage of your purse being forfeited as a punishment for contravening SBA protocols. Purses will not be released until admin has reviewed the fight and any necessary deductions need to be made. This is essentially a fine imposed by the governing body.
Performance Exploit Deterrent
This card will be issued to any sim boxer using exploits during a ranked league fight. The penalty will be a revocation of the sim boxer's license and a suspension from all competitive league fights. The offending sim boxer will be notified of the period of suspension by Admin.
The SBA is a 100% simulation league focused on the highest level of SIM; the use of exploits will not be tolerated in any instance. These ingenious cards reflect the dedication of the SBA in cultivating an exploit-free culture where only the most skilled devoted SIM boxers flourish.
