I agree with you... If I had to use the stick to swing the bat in MLB 09 on my ps3, I wouldn't play it. If I had to use the right stick to shoot in 2k9 for every shot, I prolly wouldn't play it. The buttons are on the controller for a reason. They are supposed to be used more than the sticks. I can honestly care less whether they bring the buttons back or not now. I know I won't be buying the game if its not an option. My gripe is just how EA could possibly live with losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales from not implenting the button option. At least for offline use. Just plain stupid.

I really dislike the stick and even in NHL09 I use the combo one where I can do both cause i hate to pass with it.
My only real beef with the stick in FNR4 is wear and tear on the controller and my sore thumbsbut after playing the demo a million times im learning to box more then just throwing a quanity punches , what do you think ? I mean actually weaving , ducking ect .
So I can see why EA did this but IMO they should at least have buttons for offline gamers .Comment
