Yup! Whether or not you're good enough to do it is the real question.

In fact, you can start at a lower weight, unify the belts, move up weight and do it again if you want.

But you have mandatory challenges, etc to work with too.
And the developers have said fighters will duck you so it's not as easy to unify.
