Of course I could just lay off the button which is what I might end up doing anyway, but hopefully the CPU makes the adjustments as the game gets harder in difficulty and this is not a glitch/exploit. There always seems to be at least one in EA games..such as the high slot goals and wrap around goals in NHL 09 when it first came out.
Guess I gotta move up in difficulty..special punches way too effective..

Guess I gotta move up in difficulty..special punches way too effective..
I've been playing on the pro difficulty to get a feel for the game. I've never played FN3 so the whole analog punching thing is new to me. After a few fights in my legacy I noticed kinda by accident that your fighter's special punch seems way too powerful and easy to connect with. After accidentally hitting it and knocking a guy on his *** I tried again and I was able to get the shot through a bunch of times and it frequently stuns guys too. I have the little head weave fake into the straight jab one. Hopefully this is not as easy in the higher difficulty levels. It could also be because I'm still fighting guys in the bottom 30 of the rankings.

Re: Guess I gotta move up in difficulty..special punches way too effective..
I don't know if my timing is off or I am not setting it up right...but now that I am ranked in the teens...neither the special or the haymakers are very effective. I am having to fight purely off of the normal punches. My special is also Lennox's overhand right if that matters.Comment
