Balboa or Tyson. However, the Mike Tyson in this game is very underrated. His hand speed is only like 76 and a chin of 75?? I know he was knocked out a few times, but if this is his "prime" character, he took a lot of punches without even flinching. And I think is low hand speed in this game makes him easier to beat.
