    Bumps, bruises and cuts.

I'm continuously amazed at the graphics of this game. I'd go as far to say that it is the best looking game I've ever seen. I love the cuts and blood in the game as well but I'm wondering if anyone has seen anything besides cuts around the eyes.

Has anyone seen bloody noses or better yet broken noses? Busted lips, etc?

I see a lot of cut eyes but that's because I throw a LOT of right hooks.

round 3's lighting and skin texture were deceiving...these bodies are 'alive'

Seen cuts on the bridge of the nose from landing a lot of jabs.. Still haven't seen the nose bleed though

I gave someone a bloody nose online but I was never able to really see it.

I've heard the announcers make mention that my opponent is starting to bleed from the nose but have yet to actually see it.

                  Re: Bumps, bruises and cuts.

If you want to see more blood just fight using two CAB's and when you create them do not assign any points to cuts and swelling. From my testing this has no effect on game play what so ever. In fight night round 3 having bad swelling or a cut would make one block less effective on that side of the face but in FN4 I'm not seeing this. I did several test fighting the same fighter each time with full points and zero points for these two attributes and the only difference was visual, I couldn't feel any slowing to my blocking at all. My damage indicator would be slightly higher by the end of the fight but this had zero effect on my fighting ability. I read that having more damage made one's health regenerate slower. I couldn't see this at all. If it exits it's so minimal I couldn't see it and it had no effect on the fight. In all my fights this way I've never had a ref stop a fight either, so I see no reason to waste points on these two attributes and leaving them low will give you more visual damage.
My test were done on Champion level with default sliders.
