It seems if you have a power stance with a speed punch setting you aren't as fast as a speed/smooth/slickter, etc. stance guy with a speed setting. Are there certain stances that are better for speed/power? I know peekaboo is great for straights, high rise for jabs and slickster for a cross, but what stances have what punching strengths witht eh same punch speed settings? Thanks!

The boxer style and stance could have an effect on speed and footwork of the boxer. Do some make the boxers move around the ring faster? Or better for getting away from punches?Comment

I know smooth is really good for fast footwork, all things being equal. I know the high rise is a lot slower.Comment
