My welterweight is no 14(10)-5.....I play with my Champion sliders. I just lost two fights against better fighters, both decisions. Maurice Jennings and Garcia Soto....I'm now ranked 14th....I'm loving this game so much.

I haven't played my Lightweight Legacy do to the fact that I'm so into my welterweight legacy.

            Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

WOW.......My welterweight legacy is insane. After revenging my lost agaisnt Garcia Soto, I was bumped up and now ranked 10th overall. With the option to fight either 9th rankedPaullie Malinagii(sp) or 8th ranked Emauel Agustus, I picked Paullie.

The fight started in my favor, I hung back and drew him in and picked my shots, countering him, timing his punches. For the first three rounds I was in control and dominating the fight. From the 4th through the 6th, Paullie woke up and made it a fight again, winning the 4th,5th,and 6th round. The 7th started the same way, he used his jab,and quickness to counter and was always one step ahead of me. Until I landed my favorite punch, a counter right uppercut, down goes Paullie. He rises to his feet in a five count, and I attack, stunning him with a left hook, and following it with a right uppercut to put him back down.....This time ole Paullie wasn't getting up...KO victory in the 7th.....Next up 8th Ranked Emanuel Augustus in New York Arena.

This fight had to be one of my all time favorites of playing this game. I never been in a more back and forth bout before. I came out with a full proof gameplan. Stay away from the inside, use the jab,and throw flurries and get out. The plan was effective for three rounds. From then on it was a back and forth fight. One round I would feel in control, the next I couldn't find my target. With the pressure heading into the last round I felt like I was down, push come to shove, it will be a draw. But the fighter in me said, "go out and fight this round as if your losing"....Using caution but yet taking my chances the round was headed in Augustus favor....10 seconds left alert sounds...."come on,come on..."......BOOM!!!!...big counter right hand, down goes Augustus.....ding ding ding.....Final bell,he is saved by the bell,it goes to the judges.....1st judge scores it 96-94..Augustus......2nd judge scores it 96-94....Nelson....3rd judges scores it 95-94 for the winner............"Cj "The Cannon" Nelson. I thought this fight should have been a ESPN Classic for sure, but it wasn't. But it must have been good enough for a rematch cause both our ranked stayed the same and there will be a rematch.

That's only where you can view awards for the current year, and where you rank in winning that award.

Where can you see awards you've accumulated from previous years???

Can you post your sliders here in this thread. I'm looking for some sliders that will coax more decision wins as I'm only seeing knockout after knockout and the lengthiest match has been 6 rds.

Question: How do you unlock Miguel Cotto to fight with/against in FIGHT NOW?

                Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

I've used that amateur glitch to create a boxer who I've been dominating through rank 40-25 (currently ranked 25th).

                Vincent "Iceman" Armstrong:
                -Welterweight
                -5'11" 145
                -73" reach
                -Current Record 12(12)-1-0

All wins have come by way of knockout or TKO. The one loss came in a fight I dominated, eased up, and then got caught w/ some hard blows for a 2nd KD KO. I avenged that loss though KO'ing George Rahman mid-way through the 2nd rd.

I unlocked that precision guided pain achievement last night after unleashing a barage of punches on a weaker opponent ranked 27th. After the 2nd KD he was done, and I had landed 75% of my punches.

Will post some video highlights of some of my 12 KOs.

                    Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

Well, with the update and patch release I've deleted my created boxers and I'm going to start over fresh.

As far as the topic. My first created fighter was Grenadine (forgot his nickname, lol) Castro.

Cant recall all of the stats and matches, but I will say it was very intense. He was flyweight, young black dude with a fro, I gave him emanuel augustus "crazy stance" and he was swift than a champ.

Record ended up being something like 30 some wins, 20 some losses, about 10 knockouts, and a couple of draws. As you can see from the close win/loss ratio, some of them cats were really gettin at me.

I said it before, but, this is THEE BEST career mode in a boxing game since Victorious Boxers. Its THAT good. Dynamic A.I., randomized boxers EACH career you start up. The devs outdid themselves with this one folks.

By the way, as far as game settings, I'm playing G.O.A.T off top, boxer tough slider maxed out ( so you know the bouts going long), power slider half, I'll just say I have the sliders where if you slip up ONE time its a wrap. I'm a glutton for punishment, lol.

I'm about to make Grenadine Castro again once I download the slider patch. Probably a slightly different look, and sliders tweaked even MORE to make this **** "controller smashing" brutal, lol.

Then I'm going to grind out another legacy.

                      Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

I'm really getting bummed about not being able to freaking getup on the 2nd knockdown. I can get up on the 1st knockdown 100% of the time. I can get up on the 2nd maybe 25% of the time. I've never gotten up 3 times.

                        Re: LEGACY PROGRESS

My created boxer is Marcellus "Merciless" Cofield.(Almost sounds like the announcer is saying my name )

                        5'6 135 Lightweight 20(16)-0-1 Ranked 8th

Draw came in a 10 round bout vs. Lucas Cunningham 25(5)-9-5
Now the scorecard came up to 97-93 95-95 95-95. Is that really a draw since i won the 1st scorecard? I was a little confused on that one but its cool. Its was a great fight. He was a taller fighter with a long reach so i had to get inside but he did a good job of keeping his distance from me. I won the last round which i guess caused the draw. I redeemed myself in my next bout winning in a KO in the 9th round.
