How come there are never any "tied" rounds in this game?

Is it impossible for a judge to give both fighters 10s or 9s?

If I recall correctly it used to be like this in previous games.

I think there's a glitch with the scoring system. I've never had the same score as my opponent in a round (same judge) and I've had hundreds of matches.

Even if they outbox me the whole round and I get a knockdown at the very last second the score will be 10-8 instead of 9-9

    What gives?

This is especially important in the early rounds where there's no clear winner.

I've seen 10-10 rounds fairly often.

I haven't had a single one and I've fought in about 30 matches.
