Just booted up the game and it said there was an update available, so I let it install.

I have a 360.

No, I don't think so. It removed the hud of your opponent for online play. Spammers played a lot less spammy right off the back. That's all I can tell. I did notice stamina went down quicker for me, but I was throwing more punches than normal wailing on the guy, lol. He was a level 13 and I am still level one. I just got ranked for the first time last night.

Playing my boy now, so glad they removed the option to see the opponents bars.

Me neither. 3-0 since update. Can we proclaim that online has been fixed? Will need to see more fights, but I wonder if this is the best solution to the online stamina issues, etc.

The sliders come in the DLC..not the patch.

Could it be the games has been patched already?

Edit: Some are saying the illegal blows have been addressed, claiming after two a fighter will get DQ'd

Post update I had 5 against me before a DQ.

I haven't noticed that this did anything at all to offline play, so I'm guessing it's an online-only patch.

This patch is awesome! I've beat 3 people today with ridiculous records like 60-5(all 3 body spammers) and they can't play a lick without the meter. This was a great idea!

Two illegal blows and then a DQ doesn't sound right. Ideally, it would be:

warning>point taken away>2nd point taken away>DQ

Before, it was:

Got away with one>got away with another>got away with a 3rd>More of that or a warning>point taken away>2nd point taken away>DQ

This sounds about right, though it could be total coincidence.
