Thanks to the community for your patience as our team has been working around the clock to resolve this issue. The team has determined that the issue of the buttons appearing at random with online play is linked to the DLC update that went out this week to XBOX 360 Gold members. The developers are currently working on getting a fix in to resolve the issue within the next couple of weeks.

man WHAT!? I woke up this morning and had button punches. how do I turn this the eff off! I'm angry. I can't wait weeks. I love this game and in weeks, Madden will be out.
They're so stupid. just add an OPTION that says "buttons on/off" smhfool me once... shame on me.

Happened to me two times yesterday. Fortunately they were just player matches and we just restarted the fight.Comment

if you get buttons in an online ranked fight...just press start, go to settings, and to controller settings, then press B at the controller settings screen and the match will end without either player getting a loss or DNFComment

I just randomly got the buttons online. I didn't know what the hell to do. Some body spam bum ended up knocking me out 1st round because I was trying to figure out what did what.Comment
