I had downloaded DLC 1 (887MB) and then DLC 2 (981MB).
I had an issue with my save files and had to delete all of my FNR4 files.
When I went to download DLC 1 and 2 again, it would only let me download one of them, not both. It said that the item was already in my downloads list.
So I just downloaded DLC 2 and everything is there - the sliders, the boxer art, the button configs, everything.
It's obvious that DLC 2 contains everything that's in DLC 1 and a bit more, but for some reason installing DLC 2 over the top of DLC 1 doesn't remove DLC 1.
If you feel like getting 887MB of your HDD drive back delete them both and then download DLC 2 again.
