I especially like what you mentioned about BHop in that he rarely gets hit flush, he is a master at using angles. Another thing that BHop does that most people miss is he will come at a fighter the exact same way almost everytime but he may throw a hook, that sneaky straight right of his, he may grab them, hit them with his shoulder, etc. The sad thing is BHop was a pure beast back when he fought Echols and Glen Johnson.

Sweet Pea was a master of angles, his dismantling of Buddy McGirt in their 2nd fight was ridiculous. I could go on and on. But I have to eat dinner.
The other thing BHop did, especially as he got older, was CLINCH. The guy hasn't seen an opponent he couldn't grapple with.

That's something that is SORELY lacking in this game.

Also Bhop hasn't see the canvas in years. He just does not go down, even when stunned. Why can't the 'stunned' moment be different for various fighters. For a Bhop type, maybe his Block strength and movement goes down to 70% and for a Taylor it goes down to 30% as when he is hurt he is very easy to hit.

LOL, yes BHop does clinch. EA Sports used to have clinching [and punching in the clinch] in the game on Knockout Kings back in 1998. I don't remember if they included punches in the clinch in any other games.

With regards to his chin, let just say it is made of granite. The only time I have seen him really hurt was against Echols and Echols used to punch like a bag of dynamite.

          FN production team, please:

Don't p!ss on my leg and tell me its rainin. STYLES MAKE FIGHTS!!! Therefore not everyone fights like Ali. Not everyone fights like Tyson. There is a big gap between both of them and yet I don't feel that is the case in this game because all I have to worry about is if my "timing is right" it'll null and void all of what makes a fighter who they are. Heavyweights throwing 135 punches a round and no repercussions on his fatigue or stamina. THAT'S SIM? How dare you say Gatti/Ward wasn't simulation. Corrales/ Castillo not sim? Embarrassing. Utterly embarrassing. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

With all the great fighters there have been in the history of boxing, this game doesn't account for none of it. I've about had it with these guys making these games because they get a paycheck from it. Get some real boxing folk in there and you wont spend so much damn time explaining why the shiznit is so bad. I was sick after listening to the podcast because it proved even further that they dont get it. Get Gamefly folks. Its is the cure for games like this.

so in real life pressure fighters that throw alot of punches are ""cheesing"" then. really!?!?! GTFOH.

Fix the gameplay and stop blaming the styles people use to control their players
