Mike Tyson doesn’t have to worry about going back to jail anytime soon. L.A. prosecutors say they won’t press charges against him or photographer Tony Echeverria for their Nov. 11 scuffle at LAX.

I have no idea what happened - just saw Tyson was in legal trouble in the thread title and clicked on it - but I believe celebrities should have the right to attack any paparazzi without any legal repercussions. The Paparazzi should have no rights at all and should be attacked on site, in my opinion. Those people are scum.
