horrible fight. I don't even know why Green bothered to show up. He looked like he didn't even belong in the Super-6 and his corner was AWFUL. I'm Waiting for Sep 25th when Ward and Dirrell face off

allan green is terrible.i wouldnt be surprised if he goes winless in this tourney.
if he fights kessler like he fought ward,he will be looking at the ceiling very quickly.pretty funny too.he had ALOT to say about himself before the fight,how he studies and takes notes about his opponents.what a liar!

Green looked like he didn't want to be there. Antonio Tarver made a good point, saying that Green liked to bully fighters in the ring but just like a bully, he folds when someone stands up to him. Jim Gray was really trying to get Ward to call Green out in the post-fight interview but Ward took the higher road. I also thought it was really lame that Green came out and made excuses about his performance.

Yea i watched that crap yesterday..one of the worst fights this year along with Hopkins Roy Jones.. ward was holding .. Green did not fight after the 2nd round. just horrible.. Ward was landing flush punches hear and there.. but it was more of a slow dance.. than a fight..

Ward is more wrestler than he is a boxer. He is my least favorite boxer. His style is just soo cheesy, it makes me sick.

Throws a punch, clinch, punch in clinch, waits for ref to break it up.... repeat

thats Wards strategy in the last 2 fights. and people are praising this dude??!

Ward won in a shutout. It was kind of boring because Green didn't even try to win. He just played it safe so he wouldn't get knocked out.

What a waste of time. I don't for the life of me understand why we see these guys - who have a decent amount of fights under their belt - show up and just not even try to throw a punch. I understand things change when you get in the ring and your opponent is bearing down on you, moving, etc....but it's not like it was this guy's first fight! Just embarassing...
