I'll focus my first post on training and diet.
SI recently ran an article about Chris Areollas and his new regimin. He admitted to eating and drinking too much but his new team of consultants is working hard on getting him in proper shape.
Since the FN franchise has money introduced, why not allow that money to go towards a dietitian and strength & conditioning coaches in similar fashion?
While I'd love to be handle every aspect of my fighters weight and training, I know how Brian Hayes feels about this kind of minutia.
However, to offset that, perhaps simply hiring personnel to take these tedious tasks out of the users hands is an option.
And because currency plays a role in FN, you could be forced to hire a competent staff in order to keep your fighter(s) in top shape.
So maybe when you're first starting out, you can't afford a specialist, so your trainer is the one to watch the diet.
As you make money, and your fighter's body naturally grows, you'll want to hire someone to count calories because your trainer won't be the best person to keep that weight down or locked into a specific weight class.
