This has been discussed a thousand times on these boards. Do a search and you'll see for yourself.

But the long and short of it is, NO. He's not in the game.
And don't blame EA. They desperately tried to add him but Floyd wanted too much money and he wanted the game to be changed to "Floyd Mayweather boxing".

So the only person to blame for PBF not being in FNC is Floyd. If you have a complaint about that, send him a twitter note here:
