Punch reactions
I was playing round 3 today. the boxers punch reactions seem really solid. You can stop forward progress and the fighters wince and body adjust per the type of punch. I think this method would've been ideal in this game. What do you guys think?Tags: None -
Re: Punch reactions
I got on and fought 2 matches vs the AI to see the tuner changes. I stepped into a "hookercut" and knocked Cotto off his balance which led to him stumbling back a few steps. First time I had seen it. It had an effect on him that I hadn't see either. He was stunned, but not "dazed" I guess. His stealth was pulsing red, and his damage meter was visible and flashing red, as well. He did a really good job of avoiding me once I did this, though.

I agree with you. Funny I have been playing Round 3 as well and liking several aspects about it. It was also my first game for the 360.Comment

Re: Punch reactions
yeah, I enjoyed several things including the, not so frantic pacing. But I love the way the boxers seem to wince and "feel" punches in that game. Frazier was stalking me (ali) but I was able to pepper him with jabs and knock him back, change his path so to speak..lol. double jab and a straight and he was reset.Comment
