How do you make CAB's friggin heads bigger?

What advanced setting will do it? Right now I tried to put my face in the game (looks nothing like me) and my damn head is tiny. I know it's an issue, but is there a workaround?

This was an issue with FNR4 too. I think the best way is to edit things like face width and height for face size, and tweak jaw width, cheek width, temple width, and chin size and height to make the head itself a little bigger. It doesn't do a whole lot, but it's better than nothing.
