That looks about right, i'm alittle on the fence with his body puches think they may be a little strong at least the left hooks. also the jab bothers me alittle i think his jab should be a 16 or 15

Several other CAB creaters give him a high body jab; anywhere from 17-20.

A boxer like that would be able to go around the ring and impose his will. We all know Mayweather is not capable of doing that IRL.

Oh, you mean with his ability to dart in and out and dictating the pace of fights isn't capable of imposing will in a fight. Good to know.

A 20 for a straight right-hand? Seriously? A 20? That would mean he has 20 power on a 1-20 scale for his straight right hand. The BEST, TOP RATED punch for that category. If you believe he has 20 power you've never seen the dude fight. Last time I checked Mayweather wasn't a monster puncher but maybe you know otherwise.

What I taught, KO power mostly comes from the strength rating, I gave him an 87. Same as Timothy Bradley whos kinda similar, a boxer with speed whos not known for his KO, win most of his fights with decisions.

Compared to Manny Paquiao who has a 94 strength rating with 20 Left Hook 17 Right Hook, no argument there. But he also has 20 straight rating. Now Manny has a terrific straight but he doesn't KO dudes with it same as Floyd which I think has a better straight punch. His right straight is the most accurate, affective and best punch in his arsenal. A boxer at his caliber deserves a 20 rating cause its his best punch.

Me giving Mayweather a 20 straight rating is not far fetch as you might think. Its sounds reasonable compared to other boxers ratings in the game. You have to put in mind the strength rating which plays a significant part of a boxer's KO power.

I actually agree, Floyd has an excellent right cross (straight). It is prob the best straight in boxing. I also think floyd has an even better left hook. Ask Jaun Manuel MArquez, Ricky Hatton, Arturo Gatti and the late Diego Corrales abt that. I also think ppl mistake Floyd for not having power, he has power but he uses the other fighters momentum against them. That is what makes his punches harder.

He does not sit down on his punches anymore because of his hands BUT there was a reason Oscar stopped throwing the jab in their fight, Floyd started to counter it with a straight right. If Floyd had no power Oscar would have won going away.

BTW, is there a good Floyd CAB anyone recommends?

I agree, Floyd's left hook is his strongest, he generates the most power with it but not his best punch. Most of his knockdowns came from his left hook but he actually knock down Juan Manuel Marquez with a left uppercut.

What system do you have it for? I have both systems but I have it for PS3. I'm about to upload my Mayweather CAB let me know if you're interested.

I have it for PS3 and I am def interested. I bought the game on release day and have yet to open it. Work, my wife, my son, sports on TV and NBA 2K have combined to zap my time. I will prob start playing the game this weekend. I haven't even taken it out of the bag or the packaging (same for NFS Hot Pursuit). I never thought I would get to his point. BTW, The Cotto knockdown of Mayorga was one of the funniest things I have EVER seen it doesn't beat Zab doing the Elvis shimmy but it ranks up there.

I think everything is about right. His jabs and hooks to the body are underrated and that right hand is his specialty. Floyd is a predictable guy.
