WOW! What kind of horrible childhood did McClellen have to become that messed up?
    That's insane.

Thanks for sharing that though. Very interesting stuff.

I hate to take the thread off topic like that, but when I saw McClellan's name I had to share that. I'm just glad I'm not the only person who feels that way about the guy. What he was doing was just plain evil.

That's what I was thinking. But at the same time, I wonder if his moral compass had the ability to point the right direction. Money is a mirror and the more you have the bigger it is and the more it says about you as a person. That's my opinion.

Back on topic, I do wonder if PacMan could handle Mayweather. I think it'd be a UD for Floyd.

He is an perfect example of ppl not raising their kids properly. If his older cousins had any sense they would have kept him on the straight and narrow. for another, milder POV, check out this article. He had his issues.

It really makes me wonder what he endured as a kid. I refuse to believe people are born that way. That's not to make excuses for Gerald. Everyone has experienced hardships in their life at some point.
But I can't help think that he was abused in some way as a child. To be that violent and cold.
I mean, in one minute he's plopping down money to save his dog and then crying over Deuce. The next minute he's blowing his brains out and asking his buddies to dispose of him like the dog's an old carpet.
Something is seriously not right with him.

Right now, I think Pac wins that fight based on volume of punches. Mosely caught Floyd and I think Pac would too, not sure if he'd get the ko or not though. I just can't see PBF being active enough to beat Manny.

Of course Floyd is the bigger man, so I am sure he'd want to fight at a pretty high weight, but at 147 or under, Manny wins and I think he does so by a couple rounds in a UD.

Floyd better take the Pac fight quick. The way I see it is that Floyd's main draw now is that people want to see him get KO'd, the longer he stays away from the game the more irrelevant he'll be to the point that noone will care. I don't know a single person that is losing a wink of sleep because they won't see Floyd work his craft in 2011.

When he does comeback, he'll fight some clown. If it isn't against Pac, Martinez, or some other very active fighter, who would pay the money to see it?

I go to the theatre to watch Floyd because I'm in Grand Rapids and its Floyd's home town so its a big event here, but I can't imagine anywhere else people stop what they are doing and pay hard earned cash to see PBF fight some loser you know he'll beat by UD by countering and throwing only 30 punches per round.

Too late in the sense they weren't in their primes, but not too late in any other sense. it broke every record, and if anything the long delay just gave it more anticipation.

too late in their primes. I paid to watch that bout I was really excited to see a good fight, but it wasn't that good to me. Much like that fight the manny and PBF fight will break records, but someone is going to look old in that fight and I don't think its going to be manny

That wasn't really the point, I think everyone and their bother will line up and pay for Manny/Floyd, but honestly how many people do you think will pay watch Floyd fight an also ran much more. He maybe has 1 more fight left in him where the public will pay to see him fight a has been. His style isn't fan friendly. I don't care to watch him fight anyone except Martinez, Pac, or Williams because I want to see how he would do against a volume puncher with some pop and in tha case of Williams and Martinex, a bigger fighter.

I see now I missed the part about the fighting the bum part first. I agree with you on that. Yea he does have prob one fight left in him . It would be a good fight for Williams only because of the Martinez fight . He fought Martinez well but Williams would need a fight to show he still got it. I don't think there is a chance that Floyd would fight Martinez he don't want none of that. If he did fight Pac. Pac would have to press him the entire fight.
