I just got prompted for the new tuner set fellaz

Not sure what's goin on, but this can't be the tuner set...at least i hope not. before the prompt...i had damage...now i have no damage hardly at all. I must've been fightin' all this time w/out the latest tuner set. mods can you delete this thread...thanks.

No the 1st was a patch prompt bro...THIS is the tuner. I don't know whats up, but somethin is definitely goin on.

I DL'd a tuner last Saturday. However, I deleted my profile. I think that might be why.

Thats why everyone was questioning you when you said you still had damage. I think alot of the PS3 guys who say they are still getting great gameplay offline seeing 1 punch KO's and accurate damage may not have got the patch or tuner to properly download.

At default power, I never see any damage. I have to crank up the power to get cuts and swelling and crank up the toughness and damage as well, but then it justy turns into a knockdown festival where its a race to 5 knockdowns.

If I left the game at default, I would get less knockdowns, and get a decision everyonce in a while, but at the end of the fight, the boxers would just have a little redness, closer to having a small bout with hayfever rather than a boxing match.

This is one of the things that better be addressed in the patch but I have heard no mention of EA fixing this.

ok, so i go into game utilities, delete the 1.01 version 80 MB i think, & the damage to both boxers (me)(cpu) is great at default even, stamina is great, boxing speed seemed a little slow, & i bumped that up...overall, this a fix until the next tuner set drops.

Ahhh your on the PS3. I have it for 360, so I'll have to delete everything just to make the game playable like that with damage and everything. Do you have to delete the DLC if you downloaded it?

If you delete the 1.01 update you'll lose that stuff, because the new dl content is in the latest update. the good news is you can get your DLC when you update. I thought i lost my Legends pack, but when i tried the update, i got 'em back.

So if I log back into the network - PSN/XBL will it automatically download the tuner again?

If you fight online, the tuner will be reinstalled.
