Improvements I would like to see in the next Fight Night

I would like a complette simulation presentation with the best aspects of each major Boxing show, from HBO, Showtime, and ESPN.

On a sde note, I understand were Shakyr is coming from. I would like to see the presentation with 90% with what's seem on TV. Maybe they should get more creative and add a few thing here and there, while still keeping everything simulation. With all the ideas Shakyr typed up for the game it could've been near perfection.

This is a process the Fight Night series is going through. Don't trash Fight Night one year because it's not perfect, because they could NOT make another one for years.

The way you get up, I think, should be where you can see your fighter. The 1st person view should be allowed to be toggled on or off) because you don't get to see wether it's a knockout, a TKO, or a flash knockdown. Also, when you turn off the in-game music you should still be able to hear the fight announcer. I would like to see these changes made to the game.

What do you want to see in the next Fight Night?

I want to see boxers that throw 50+ punches a round get gassed quickly and I want to see counter punches have more power behind them. As it stands now you can be a counter puncher and never have success because they don't do much damage. The successful players online throw at least 100 jabs a round. If they throw 100 punches a round in the first two rounds, then they should be doing the zombie walk in round three or their punches should be so slow I can dodge it five or six times.

Presentation: For legacy they need to do what they had in Champion mode with Joe Tessitore from the set, the warming up in the locker room. Better conversation being had at the ring. in the ring you should see water stains in the corner. Play Now presentation should have everything Legacy does, plus a running record for when ever you play Play now mode vs cpu or human.

Gameplay: Fighters need to have bounce to their footwork there is no bounce, lateral movement, shoulder rolls, better bob and weave. Clinch system , head butts in clinch by accident that cause gashes giving way to the four round rule. Fighters injury that actual affect gameplay and tweak FNC gameplay issues. Instead of Legacy mode there should a create a gym mode where you create or use current fighters into gym and work them up the ranks, the more your guys you have ranked the better you can make your gym and travel gyms.

AI: Based off my Create Gym mode , boxers you recruit would have potential ratings based how well they did in the amatuars , it should be random , these boxers may have a good potential, but there will be things to work on like defense, footwork, hand speed , ring generalship. You could make a guy just be a spar partner for his career or you may land a olympic fighter with high potential, but he ends up being a bust. Everything that Shakyr has for judges ai for decision bouts.

broken hands-you let me taste it in story mode why not make it possible

i agree with the FnF presentation but i think PPVs should have a different feel with the ability to have press conferences where you can answer questions/hype fight

fighter stamina lowered online 1000 punches in 8 rounds by tyson and hes still walking?

when holding analog stick over (walking toward opponent) you should be walking i find that to many fighters jump in and out much to easily especially heavys

incidental headbutts that hurt and cut (obviously needs to be regulated) but we've all seen where two boxers bob n weave into each other with no effect

stray punches i think this could balance the so called "hook spamming" throwing wildly could hit low or behind the head leading to warnings deductions and finally dqs

clinch punching with this you can add different refs with different tolerance for time in clinch and how much he looks for illegal blows

promoters in career mode depending on who you choose depends on what fights are available what titles when you get big maybe start your own

just thoughts i like the game but nothing is perfect

yeah, they used like 10%percent of the wishlist I sent them and never tested out the ideas thoroughly.

I'm about to start a new and revised list. If you guy are in I'll post the format. I asked one of the producers was the series going to be cancelled and he told me he hasn't heard anything yet.

I'm going to push even harder for a deep legacy/career mode and a sim game.

I'd also like to see them add some of the mini-achievements they used in Champ Mode like avoiding a guy's hook or not letting an opponent capitalize on your cut eye....finishing a guy with a body shot , etc. That made each opponent unique in Champ mode and would add some flavor to Legacy as long as it's spread out nicely and not worn out or repetitive.

Make a game that doesn't freeze and go from there. It won't matter for me, after NCAA 12 I am done with video games.

Definitely drop your list. I hate that this series is sooo close to being the great game I want.
