Blood & damage back after Patch 2?

I haven't downloaded the new patch yet. Can anyone share if blood, cuts and damage are back to where they were before patch 1?

Everyone talk about jab spamming which seams to be solved now, but as I only play offline, I don't care about jab spamming (I'm still happy that they fixed this). The damage control is what I care for

I'm in the same boat as you, I only play offline-and sorry to tell you-as far as cuts, etc-it's even worse. After 12 rounds Johannson vs. Patterson (cpu vs cpu)- stamina was 15%/20% and damage was 0%/0%. Horrible.

I also have the patch now, and you're right. It is even worse. Maybe the only way to get this back is to edit all of the 50 manually, which takes a lot of times because the menues are so slow.

How could you edit it to bring back the blood/cuts? I'm not sure what you mean-but if there's a way to do it-I don't care how long it takes-if it works-it'll be worth it to me.

You can go into Boxer Share > Edit (or something) and edit every single licensed boxer and lower his Swelling and Cut value. This will not work for the CABs though, because these values are not going to get saved (bug). They'll always stay at 99.

Didn't realize you could do that. Thanks-I'll give it a try.

Didn't someone say (in another post) the CPU stamina depletes too much and that they were going to edit to max it out?

Do the sliders work? Does anybody have any good ones?

I did this after the first patch was released ...What I did was edit boxers who are known for cutting or swelling Vinny Paz,Arreola, Holyfield, Hatton, etc ...I lowered their resistance to cuts and swelling and it worked like a charm..saw cuts swelling etc..now whether this works after this patch I don't know...I haven't downlaoded this patch yet due to the reviews..but it did or does work...FYI you can also edit punch output etc...

Just did this with Jack Dempsey and put both his cuts and swelling down to 50 each. I opened a nasty cut under his left eye midway through the 2nd round. I just don't get why EA has all this time and while they addressed the stamina and all that good stuff.... WHERE IS THE BLOOD?! ITS BOXING FOR GOD SAKES lol. People play these games to bash each others faces in and to see what, minimal red puffiness under the eyes after 8 grueling rounds? I think not, but whatever I guess this game will do for another few days until NCAA 12 comes out and EA will get more of my money lol SCAM ARTISTS I say

The problem with CPU versus Human fights is the stamina. The CPU's diminishes too much. I put it on GOAT default, lowered the CPU punch output from 5 to 4, and then started a fight between Monzon (CPU) and Hagler (ME). Despite similar Endurance/Stamina ratings, Monzon was gassed by the 7th and easy pickings for an 8th round KO.

And this result happening even with the CPU throwing less punches.

The computer is throwing way to many power punches. You would also be gassed in the 7 round, if you would throw only power punches. Whit the new stamina system, the devs absolutly need to tweak the AI. The computer needs to box differently now, which he cannot do. That's what I mean when I say, the latest patch has only be developped for online play. It was not made to play offline. Although, I have to say, that a lot of time is needed to make those changes. Time, EA will not spend.
