I Probably ....
Should have asked this a long time ago. But I guess it just dawned on me. Does the type of fighter you pick (i.e counter puncher, power puncher, slickster etc etc..) have any affect?? For example I picked a counter puncher; so does that mean I'll have an advantage in countering?? Or if I picked a power puncher do I have a slight edge over a player who didn't pick that particular type of fighter? Hopefully you guys understand what I'm tryn to say lol. Appreciate ya!xXxDrUnKeN_MaStAxXxTags: None -
Re: I Probably ....
I dont think it does matter too much. It's all on how you box... However, they made it hard for the slickster/outside fighter because of the stamina drain that you receive for walking backwards. However, if you step out, by flicking the directional stick, you dont lose your stamina, as you would if you're simply walking around the ring. The key, ONLY THROW SHOTS THAT LAND... And I know it's near impossible to only throw landing shots, so account for some misses... but recognize when you throw combo after combo if you are hitting or not. The big difference in this game is accuracy. So hopefully they fix the stamina for the outside fighter, but your best bet will be the inside fighter/power puncher, if you're fighing online... and any boxer, if you're offline. However, depending on your skill, it is wise to find the best possible match up... I.E. Ali vs Frazier...
