this has the potential to be a GREAT fight! for me it's a toss-up. on paper i like Ward, but i have a gut feeling Froch is going to pull it out somehow. either way i'm really looking forward to seeing this fight!!!

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me about this! I didn't really keep up with the super six tournament but i had been hearing a lot about this fight. I had forgot when it was, i'll have try to check it out.

Froch can surprise but Ward is so hard to hit. I think he will have to hurt or rattle Ward to be able to win.

I think he can do it, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Ward has a strategy that is stifling Frock's momentum and confidence.
An exhibition for strategist, not those looking for electricity.

Not a bad match, ward is pretty slick. I'd like to see him sit down on some of his punches more though.

Good performance by Ward. BUT i would have liked to see him turn it up a notch and go for the KO.

Froch's defeat means British boxers have now lost 10 world title fights out of 12 in 2011, leaving Cleverly as the country's sole world champion....Ouch

I will give Froch some credit too, he's a tough SOB, had this been an old time 15 rounder he might have been able to work his way back in

but alas, Ward is just much more polished

Just got around to seeing this. Props to Ward for actually impressing me this time.

I've hated his style, im still not a fan but he won this fight without the constant grabbing and head butting he usually does.

Froch looked much more stiff robotic and slower than usual this time. Against Dirrell who i believe to be faster than Ward, he held his own in the speed department. this time he looked slow and stiff. I was surprised.
