I gotta talk a little trash, lol. Pacquiao was salty after that loss, i was cracking up when he said he thought he won, and kellerman was like "well we didn't have you winning and the judges didn't have you winning at all" lmao.

I told ya'll(some of ya'll). UD for mayweather. Don't wanna hear any running excuses, he landed more than pacquiao while throwing less, and he was actually right in front of pacquiao for a lot of the fight. He's the better fighter, clearly.

Also, manny didn't throw as much because it was hard to hit him,and he knew something would be coming back at him, made him tentative, and it's not like he could bully floyd. Also watching this fight, to me it looked like floyds hands were faster than pacs, i wasn't sure who had faster hands honestly.

Heh I've read a bunch of people in the past saying that he is ducking GGG. Hilarious considering he'd be 20 pounds heavier come fight night. Floyd is a natural WW and would still fight there if he wanted to cut weight.

The fight was boring but went as expected. I can't believe how easy he shut down the best offensive fighter of this generation though.

I think Floyd actually threw more punches. Never thought I would say that in this match up. A lot of those were paw jabs though.

Almost as boring as recent RAW's.

My wife being Filipina, I don't need to say who we were rooting for. Disappointing.

I called it 8-4 before it started and think it was 8-4 maybe 7-5 watching it live.

Pac had lots of opportunity he never capitalized on cornering floyd in the ropes. I really don't think floyd did a lot, but he was simply more effective.

All that said, the judges robbed pac of some dignity, he CLEARlY won 4 rounds. There were 2 10-10 rounds I had live as well, so it wasn't a total blowout.

It went exactly how I thought it would. Honestly it was as if I watched the fight before it actually happened.

He lost by a good margin, but it was winnable for him I believe.

He did well early, but after the 6th it was clear that he was going to have to empty the tank to even have a chance to any catch Mayweather with enough punches to win. He would have had to seriously up his output(who would have thought that he would throw less punched in the fight than Floyd!!!), eat a ton of jabs and counters in the process. He chose not to go for broke and instead just get out with a clean face and a big check.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

To be fair, because he played the villain role, people make excuses for damn near all of his fights. It's the same thing, they hype up a fighter, say he'll beat floyd(mosley, canelo, cotto, pacquiao etc.) then when he wins clearly they make excuses(he was too old, he was too green, floyd ran even tho he landed more punches easily). Watch, i guarantee people for this fight will be saying floyd ran and didn't fight like a man, becausue he didn't stand there and let pacquiao hit him, and landing more punches. A lot of people reeeally don't like to give floyd credit.

In addition, after Pacquiao got knocked out by Marquez, he really hasn't been the same. There have been multiple former fighters that it takes quite a few years to recover from something like that. You could even make the argument that he had been declining his previous two fights, as both were fairly controversial wins.

Even if this fight were to have happened those 4-5 years ago, I still think Floyd wins easily. I do think Pacquiao is a great fighter, but Floyd is in another stratosphere at this stage. An absolute tactician in the ring, and maybe one of the most driven, prepared fighters that boxing has ever seen. I just feel that Floyd is going to pick him apart from round one until he either stops the fight or it goes to a decision.
                                Yep.
