Foot movement has never been done well. Guys spin quickly out of corners in reality. Movement should be quicker.

Jabs should count more. A good jab could break up an attack or actually count as a hard punch. Think Larry Holmes.

some random perfect punch KO's would be nice and also referee stoppages would be cool too....

          Contextual punching and slipping.
By this I mean, that a fighters attributes should allow for instances where a fighter automatically misses or slips punches.
This would allow for more realistic connect rates.

As far as career mode, I'd love to see static attributes.
Every boxing game is the same in career mode. Start at 50OV, gain points in training and fights, then move up the ladder.
This is such a tired way of doing things. Fighters should be great in certain areas right out of the game.
Where the difficulty should lie is when moving up the ladder, you'll face opponents who aren't one-dimensional and may have specific skills that are tough to crack.
Your fighter can also learn combo's, work on stamina, or even learn a new punch.
Wlad Klitscho said that before he started working with Steward, he didn't really have a good left hook.
Steward worked hard to teach him how to throw a left-hook off his jab.
Maybe even have combo's mapped to a shoulder button?

Instant button response. No lag. Vital.

Fight Night Champions is a fun game, but it's biggest weakness -- by far -- is the delay between button presses and those punches being executed on screen. Sometimes I must wait a second between my final button press and that combination to be seen on screen.

            So annoying.

My biggest would be a more varied fighting style from the CPU. More varied attack styles based on speed, power, area of attack, preferred punch, means they win by, attacker or counterpuncher, defense, footwork.

A more spiced up career mode where money matters. The money made controls the quality of trainers, cut men, corner men you can hire.

You have different choices in turns of promoters who have different motives and push you in different ways as well as it determining if you are pushed to the top immediately or constantly fed cans to raise the profile as well as what kind of money you can earn.

Maybe spend money to be able to buy scouting reports or videos of current opponents. Maybe copy from UFC and make it so money can be used to open up combos or more powerful versions of punches.

You guys can post your ideas here to make it easier on the team to see it.

                  Dude:

I hope you mean additional suggestions and wishes, not these.

If not, come on: You ask for our input in here, we give it to you, and now you're asking us to post the same stuff on a website?

I apologize. I showed the post to the team and said to ensure they see it with their busy schedule post it in the links I provided.

I'm also trying to create conversation. It seems like everyone is on the fence waiting to complain about what's not in the game; even though opportunity presented itself.

i will remain optimistic....we haven't had ANY boxing game in quite some time so we have nothing to lose at this point, right?

This is a two-page thread on the leading public sports videogame forum. If the development team is that busy, either it's too damn small, doesn't have a clue or doesn't care about true gamer feedback.

It's an indie company. The CEO/founder is very open about what he wants to accomplish. I expectations are too high based on how EA and 2K is staffed. This company can't allocated resources they don't have to gaming sites. Once I became a team member I let sites like this know a game is being created and other news pertaining to the game.
